THE QUALITY
PROCESS
Sepinia water
streams forth from a protected and uncontaminated
area at the slope of the Matese mountains,
an ancient mountain chain with unique hydrogeological
features.
Water which flows within the subsoil is
preserved from contamination (external
agents) at the aquifer and soil level. The
aquifer lies between layers of calcareous
rock formation which gives this water its
organoleptic properties.
Tapped
at great depths and captured horizontally,
the water is sent directly to the bottling
plant through pressurized conduits. The
bottling process is monitored at each phase
(caption, conduit and bottling facilities)
guaranteeing maximum purity.
The
plant is equipped with latest technology
available which maintains original water
properties intact. In
fact, this water never comes into
contact with external agents and all raw
materials are scrupulously and continuously
sampled and inspected. |
